Earnex acts as an intermediary, compiling and coordinating with partner brokers to provide rebate payments according to the agreement. Users must understand that certain products or services may be restricted or discontinued in some cases, in accordance with legal regulations or the company's discretion.
1.5. Prohibitions on Use of Service
  • The use of Earnex's services for illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activities is prohibited.
  • Providing false information, forging documents, or using another person's account for registration or any transaction is prohibited.
  • Using the system to attack, hack, or perform any action that may cause damage to the platform or other users is prohibited.
  • 1.6. Accuracy of Information
    Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. If there are any changes to this information, it must be updated promptly. The company is not liable for any issues arising from the provision of inaccurate information.
    1.7. Suspension or Termination of Account
    Earnex reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account immediately and without prior notice if a violation of the terms and conditions is detected, or if there is suspicious behavior that could cause damage to the company or other users.
    1.8. Age Requirement
    Users must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in their country of residence. If the company discovers that a registration has been made by an individual below the required age, the account will be terminated and service will be denied immediately.
    1.9. Interpretation and Governing Law
    These general provisions and all terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the Thai courts shall have jurisdiction.

    2. Account Registration and Usage
    2.1. Applicant Qualifications

  • 2.2. Registration Process
  • Users must complete all required fields in the Earnex registration form, providing accurate, complete, and current information such as full name, email address, phone number, and relevant account details.
  • Applicants must verify their email or phone number as required by the system.
  • If the information provided is found to be incorrect or fraudulent, Earnex reserves the right to suspend or refuse account creation.
  • 2.3. Account Approval and Activation
  • Earnex reserves the right to approve or reject the creation of a new account at the company's discretion.
  • Upon account approval, the user will be granted immediate access to the Earnex system.
  • 2.4. User Account Regulations
  • Each user is permitted to have only one Earnex account.
  • Creating or using multiple accounts for the purpose of receiving duplicate promotions or benefits is prohibited. If detected, Earnex reserves the right to suspend or terminate all related accounts.
  • User accounts are personal. Transferring rights or allowing others to access one's account is prohibited.
  • Users must maintain the confidentiality of their username and password. Earnex is not liable for any damages resulting from the leakage of this information to third parties.
  • 2.5. Account Usage
  • Users must use their Earnex account for lawful purposes and not infringe upon the rights or interests of others.
  • Using the account for illegal activities or any fraudulent conduct is prohibited.
  • Users are obligated to immediately notify the Earnex team upon discovering any irregularities related to their account.
  • 2.6. Account Suspension or Closure
  • Earnex reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account if a violation of the terms of use is found, if the information provided is incorrect, or if there is behavior indicative of fraud.
  • Users may request to cancel their account at any time by contacting Earnex's customer support team.
  • 2.7. Updating Account Information
  • Users must maintain and update their personal information within the system to ensure it is always accurate and current.
  • If information is found to be incorrect or has changed, please log in to make corrections or notify the team to update the information.
  • 3. Trading Account Integration
    3.1. Registration and Trading Account Connection
  • Users must register and verify their identity on the Earnex platform before they can connect a trading account.
  • Connecting a trading account means linking an MT4/MT5 account, or another account supported by Earnex, to the system to receive rebate benefits.
  • 3.2. Conditions and Connection Procedure
  • Users must enter their trading account number (e.g., MT4/MT5 Account Number) and select their broker from the list of brokers supported by Earnex.
  • The trading account connected to Earnex must be under Earnex's Introducing Broker (IB) or agent code.
  • In cases where a user already has an existing account with a broker, an IB transfer may be required, subject to the conditions of each broker.
  • Earnex reserves the right to request identity verification documents or other relevant documents to facilitate the trading account connection.
  • 3.3. Verification and Approval
  • After the user submits the information and connection request, the Earnex team will verify the accuracy of the received data.
  • If the information is complete and correct, it will be approved within a specified timeframe.
  • If the information is incorrect or the trading account does not meet the conditions, the company reserves the right to reject the request or ask for additional information.
  • 3.4. Limitations and Precautions
  • A single user may connect multiple trading accounts, but each account must comply with the conditions of the brokers participating with Earnex.
  • Connecting another person's account or using a shared trading account without authorization is prohibited.
  • Any action indicative of fraud, such as connecting a fake account or creating artificial transactions, may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of rebate rights immediately.
  • 3.5. Cancellation or Modification of Connection
  • To cancel or change a trading account connection, please notify the Earnex team through the designated channels.
  • Earnex reserves the right to review and approve such cancellations or changes before taking action.
  • 3.6. Disclaimer of Liability
  • Earnex is not responsible for any delays or errors in connecting or transferring a trading account that originate from the broker's side.
  • Users must verify the accuracy of their trading account information each time before confirming the connection.
  • 4. Rebate System
    4.1. Rebate Model
  • Earnex provides a rebate system for users who connect their trading accounts with partner brokers as specified by the company. The rebate amount is paid directly from the broker's automatic rebate system.
  • Earnex acts solely as an intermediary for coordinating and verifying the eligibility for receiving rebates.
  • 4.2. Calculation and Payment of Rebates
  • The Rebate Rate a user receives depends on the trading account type, the connected broker, and the promotional conditions at that time.
  • The rebate calculation is based on the actual trading volume (Volume or Lot) in the user's account.
  • Rebates will be transferred to the user's trading account according to the broker's schedule (e.g., daily, weekly, or monthly). Earnex has no control over the timing and process of such transfers.
  • 4.3. Conditions for Receiving Rebates
  • Users must connect their trading account to a broker through the Earnex system and receive approval from the administrator before starting to receive rebates.
  • If the trading account information does not match the information provided, or if any irregularities are found, Earnex reserves the right to suspend or delay the receipt of rebates.
  • The receipt of rebates in each cycle is subject to the terms and conditions of the partner broker chosen by the user.
  • 4.4. Responsibility of Earnex
  • Earnex is not responsible for holding rebate funds on behalf of clients and has no authority or liability for delays in rebate transfers from brokers.
  • In case of issues with the rebate amount, such as non-receipt or incorrect amounts, the user must provide information to Earnex for investigation and coordination with the broker.
  • Earnex will assist in coordinating with the broker but is not liable for any damages caused by delays or errors on the part of the broker.
  • 4.5. Changes to Rates or Rebate Model
  • Earnex reserves the right to change the rebate rates, conditions, or any details related to the rebate system without prior notice.
  • Such changes will take effect upon announcement on the website or through channels deemed appropriate by the company.
  • 4.6. Exclusions and Limitations
  • In the event a broker cancels or changes its policy, or if fraudulent activity is detected, Earnex has the right to immediately suspend the receipt of rebates for that account.
  • Rebates cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between user accounts, unless specified by the system or the broker.
  • 5. Rebate Withdrawal
    5.1. Rebate Payout Model
  • Earnex's rebate payments are currently processed directly from partner brokers to the client's trading account.
  • Earnex acts as an intermediary to calculate and report the rebate amount you should receive, without receiving or holding any rebate funds.
  • 5.2. Rebate Withdrawal Process and Method
  • Clients will receive rebates automatically into their trading accounts according to the payout schedule set by the broker (e.g., daily, weekly, or monthly, depending on the broker).
  • Once the rebate is credited to the trading account, clients can proceed to withdraw the rebate funds from their trading account according to the procedures and conditions of that specific broker.
  • Earnex is not involved in the transfer of funds from the trading account or in setting minimum/maximum withdrawal limits or fees.
  • 5.3. Verification of Rebate Amount
  • Clients can check their expected rebate amount in real-time on the Earnex Dashboard.
  • If you find that the rebate amount is incorrect or has not been credited to your trading account within the expected timeframe, please contact the Earnex team with relevant evidence to assist in a prompt investigation and coordination with the broker.
  • 5.4. Limitations and Liability
  • Earnex cannot process or be held responsible for delays or errors in rebate transfers due to technical issues or regulations of the partner broker.
  • Rebate withdrawals and the minimum/maximum withdrawal conditions depend on the policies of each broker, which clients should verify directly with the broker before proceeding.
  • 5.5. Security of Withdrawals
  • Rebate withdrawals must be conducted through the broker's system only, for the security of the client's funds and personal information.
  • Earnex recommends that clients use an account with the same name as the one used to register with Earnex and the broker to prevent issues with identity verification and fund transfers.
  • 5.6. Notifications and Status Tracking
  • Clients will be notified when a rebate is paid into their trading account via the Earnex Dashboard or by email (if applicable).
  • Past rebate history can be reviewed at any time in the Dashboard system
  • 5.7. Precautions
  • If a client provides incorrect trading account information or changes it without notifying Earnex, the rebate may not be transferred to their account.
  • If problems arise with withdrawing rebates from the broker, Earnex can assist in inquiring for information but is not responsible for the outcome of the broker's actions.
  • 6. Bonuses and Marketing Campaigns
    6.1. Types of Bonuses and Campaigns
  • Earnex may offer promotions, bonuses, or marketing activities such as new client bonuses, Rebate Bonuses, special holiday promotions, bonuses from referral activities, Leaderboard competitions, or point-collection-for-rewards programs.
  • The conditions and details of each campaign will be specified and announced through Earnex's communication channels (e.g., website, email, LINE, or Facebook Page).
  • 6.2. Eligibility and Right to Participate
  • Bonuses and campaigns will specify the eligibility criteria for participants, such as being a new/existing member or only for clients with accounts connected to participating brokers.
  • Earnex reserves the right to review and approve the granting of bonuses for each item at its discretion.
  • 6.3. Conditions for Receiving and Using Bonuses
  • Bonuses or rewards received cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated in the campaign.
  • Users must strictly adhere to the terms and conditions of each campaign, such as minimum trading requirements, identity verification, or following specified procedures.
  • If any irregular activity, fraud, or violation of conditions is detected, Earnex reserves the right to cancel or suspend the bonus/reward, as well as suspend the account, without prior notice.
  • 6.4. Announcement of Results and Receipt of Rewards
  • The results of receiving a bonus or reward will be announced via the Dashboard, email, or channels specified by Earnex.
  • The period and procedure for claiming rewards will be as specified in the campaign. Failure to comply with the conditions within the specified time may be considered an automatic forfeiture of rights.
  • 6.5. Modification, Cancellation, or Suspension of Campaigns
  • Earnex reserves the right to change, update, suspend, or cancel any bonus or marketing campaign at any time without prior notice.
  • The decision of Earnex is final in all cases.
  • 6.6. Taxes and Fees
  • The recipient of a reward or bonus is responsible for any applicable taxes or fees related to the reward/bonus as required by law.

    The "100% Rebate" rate may not be applicable to all products, account types, or partner brokers. The exact rates will be determined and clearly announced in the specific details of each campaign at that time. The company reserves the right to define the promotional period and may adjust rebate rates for certain products (e.g., Gold) or for specific user groups as deemed appropriate by the company.
    6.7.3 Reservation of Right for Future Changes
    Earnex reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, or terminate the "100% Rebate" promotion at any time without prior notice. The company may adjust the rebate model in the future to align with the growth of the ecosystem. This may include, but is not limited to, adjusting rebate rates based on a membership tier system or linking rebates to other services within the network.
    6.7.4 Enforcement
    Any changes related to rebate rates shall become effective immediately upon their publication on the website or through other communication channels specified by the company. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes your full acceptance of the revised terms.

    7.7. Investing in certain products may be restricted or illegal in some countries. Users should verify their own legal status before using the Earnex platform.
    7.8. Users should assess their investment objectives, experience, and financial situation before deciding to invest or trade. If unsure about the risks or if you do not understand an investment product, you should always consult a financial expert first.
    8. Inappropriate Use
    To maintain security, fairness, and transparency in the use of Earnex services, users must adhere to the following provisions. If a user is found to have engaged in any of the following acts, it will be considered "Inappropriate Use," and the company reserves the right to suspend or close the account, and revoke any benefits or privileges the user is entitled to, without prior notice.

    8.1. Providing False or Deceptive Information
  • Registering with a false name, email, or personal information.
  • Using fraudulent documents or trading account information that does not belong to oneself to connect an account or claim rebates.
  • Providing false information or concealing information that affects verification or the receipt of benefits.
  • 8.2. Opening Duplicate Accounts
  • Creating or using more than one user account for the purpose of obtaining duplicate benefits or circumventing system limitations.
  • Sharing an account or allowing others to use an account on one's behalf.
  • 8.3. Fraudulent Activity
  • Conducting transactions or trades for the purpose of generating artificial rebates (Rebate Arbitrage, Wash Trade, or volume churning).
  • Colluding with others to defraud the company or partner brokers.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or loopholes for improper gain.
  • 8.4. Violation of Law or Regulations
  • Using Earnex for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
  • Violating laws related to finance, investment, or cybercrime prevention.
  • 8.5. Interfering with or Damaging the System or Other Users
  • Transmitting viruses, malware, or engaging in acts that could harm the Earnex system or the data of other users.
  • Using bots, scripts, or software automation to access or use the service without authorization.
  • 8.6. Unauthorized Commercial Use
  • Using Earnex's system or features to provide services to third parties without prior written permission from the company.
  • 8.7. Disseminating False Information or Damaging Earnex's Reputation
  • Posting or publishing untrue information that could harm the company's reputation or credibility.
  • If the company finds any of the actions listed above, or any action that suggests fraud, evasion, or misuse of the system's purpose, the company reserves the right to suspend the account, suspend benefits, and pursue legal action if necessary.

  • Earnex does not guarantee a specific rebate amount or return. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • 10.6. Security and Technical Limitations
  • Earnex implements the highest level of security for user data. However, it cannot be absolutely guaranteed that the system will be free from errors, cyber-attacks, or other technical defects.
  • Earnex is not liable for damages such as data loss, system interruptions, or data leaks that may arise from force majeure events or technological threats.
  • 10.7. Potential Damages
  • Earnex and its team will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages in any case related to the use of the Earnex website or services.
  • The maximum liability of Earnex to a user, should liability be established, will not exceed the amount of fees or service charges paid by the user to Earnex during the 6 months prior to the dispute.
  • 10.8. Exclusions and Limitations by Law
  • If any exclusion or limitation of liability contradicts applicable law, that limitation shall not apply, and the remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect.

  • Earnex reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate service to any user at any time, without prior notice, for reasonable cause, such as violation of the terms and conditions, illegal acts, or usage that causes damage to Earnex or third parties.
  • 12.2. Reasons for Termination of Service
  • Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or use of the service.
  • Using the service improperly or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
  • Engaging in acts of fraud, deceit, or causing damage to Earnex or its systems.
  • Any action that violates ethical standards or negatively affects Earnex's reputation.
  • Failure to comply with instructions or usage requirements set by Earnex.
  • 12.3. Termination Procedure
  • Earnex may temporarily suspend an account pending an investigation.
  • If the investigation confirms a violation of the terms, the company has the right to permanently suspend access to the service or close the account immediately.
  • Earnex will endeavor to inform the user of the reason for and consequences of the termination via their registered contact channels.
  • 12.4. Effects of Termination of Service
  • The user will no longer be able to access their account, rebates, or any information within the Earnex system.
  • In cases where there is an outstanding balance in the account, Earnex reserves the right to review and decide on the payment of the remaining balance at the company's discretion.
  • Earnex has no obligation to refund or compensate for damages arising from the termination of service, under any circumstances, unless explicitly stated in an agreement.
  • 12.5. Termination of Service by the User
  • Users can submit a request to terminate their service or close their account at any time by contacting Earnex customer support.
  • Upon termination, account data and personal information will be managed according to Earnex's Privacy Policy.
  • 13. Dispute Resolution
    13.1. Initial Approach to Dispute Resolution
    In the event of any dispute, conflict, or complaint between a user and Earnex related to the use of the service—whether concerning transactions, personal data, the rebate system, or platform usage issues—the user should first contact Earnex's customer support team through the designated channels (LINE, Facebook, Email, or website form), providing complete details of the dispute and relevant supporting information.
    13.2. Processing Time
    Earnex will investigate the facts and inform the complainant of the initial findings within 7 business days from the date of receiving complete information and documentation. In cases where the dispute is complex, it may take longer, and Earnex will keep the complainant informed periodically.
    13.3. Mediation Channel
    If the user disagrees with Earnex's findings or the dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support system, both parties shall attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith mediation to find a fair and appropriate conclusion for all parties.
    13.4. Legal Proceedings
    If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, the user and Earnex agree to submit the dispute to legal proceedings under the laws of Thailand, with jurisdiction in the courts located in the area of Earnex's principal place of business. Both parties retain their right to pursue legal action according to their rights under the law.
    13.5. Resolution of Other Disputes
