    8. Data Retention and Retention Period

    1. Service Use Restriction for Minors
  • Earnex's services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age.
  • Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering for or using Earnex's services under any circumstances.
  • If a registration by a minor is discovered, Earnex reserves the right to terminate the account and delete all data without prior notice.
  • 2. Collection of Minors' Personal Data
