2. General Information on the Website and Platform
When you access the Earnex website or platform

  • Profile Picture that you upload or that is automatically assigned by the system.

    All investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user. Earnex recommends that users study the risks and seek advice from an expert if uncertain.
    7. Acceptance of Risk:
    By using Earnex, the user is deemed to have explicitly accepted all risks associated with trading and the use of the rebate service and will not hold Earnex responsible for any resulting damages.
    4. Accuracy and Completeness of Information
    Earnex places great importance on the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the personal information provided by clients, in order to deliver services effectively, meet client needs, and comply with applicable laws.
    The user has the duty and responsibility to:
  • Provide personal information that is truthful, accurate, and complete at the time of registration or when updating information.
  • Inform the company promptly of any changes to personal information, such as full name, bank account details, email, or other contact information.
  • Periodically review the accuracy of the information displayed in their user account on the Earnex system.
    • If the information provided by the client is inaccurate, incomplete, or false, it may result in:
  • Delays in service delivery, such as rebate transfers, account verification, or withdrawal approvals.
  • Rejection of requests, such as trading account connections or withdrawals.
  • Temporary suspension or closure of the user account if fraudulent intent or the provision of false information is detected.
    • Earnex reserves the right to suspend services or take action in accordance with relevant laws if there is evidence of intentional provision of false information or unauthorized use of another person's information.
    If you wish to correct or update your personal information, you may do so through the "My Account" system on the Earnex website or by contacting our support staff through the designated channels.
    5. Connection and Relationship with Brokers/Partners
    Earnex is a platform that acts as an intermediary for providing commission rebates to users from trades conducted through partner brokers. Earnex is not directly involved in the user's trading with the broker and has no authority to control or manage the systems of connected brokers.
    To provide the rebate system service accurately and precisely, Earnex may send or receive necessary information to or from the partner broker with which the user has chosen to connect a trading account (e.g., MT4/MT5 Account), under secure agreements that limit the purpose of data use.
    Examples of information that may be exchanged:
  • The user's trading account number (e.g., MT4 / MT5).
  • Trading Volume.
  • Information about the broker, such as account type, currency, and traded currency pairs.
  • Details of commission or total rebate calculations.
    • Such data will be used for the following purposes:
  • To calculate the commission or rebate that the user should receive.
  • To display accurate rebate information on the Dashboard.
  • To verify and confirm the status of the trading account connected to Earnex.
  • To improve the quality of service between Earnex and its partners.
    • Earnex will not disclose a user's personal information to a broker without necessity or appropriate consent and will operate under the principles of data security and privacy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
    Users can choose to disconnect their account from a partner broker at any time by contacting Earnex's customer service. After disconnection, Earnex will delete or disable access to the data linked to that trading account according to the period specified in the data retention policy.
    6. Rebates and Transaction Processing
    Earnex provides a rebate system to users by connecting trading accounts with partner brokers, which involves collecting and processing users' trading transaction data to accurately calculate rebate amounts. Such data may include:
  • MT4 / MT5 account number.
  • Trading history, such as lot volume, order open/close times, and traded assets.
  • The rebate rate specified by each broker.
  • Withdrawal details (date, channel, amount, and withdrawal status).
    • Earnex uses this information for the following purposes:
  • To calculate the rebate amount the user should receive.
  • To display real-time results on the user's Dashboard.
  • To verify the accuracy of transaction processing.
  • To forward withdrawal requests to the team for approval and fund transfer.
  • To prevent fraud or abnormal behavior in the use of the system.
    • Earnex will not disclose a user's transaction data to third parties, except where required by law or with the explicit consent of the data subject.
    Furthermore, Earnex employs stringent internal encryption and security systems for the storage of all transaction data to prevent unauthorized access and to ensure that user transactions are handled fairly, transparently, and are auditable.
    7. Guarantees and Endorsements of Returns
    Earnex is a platform that provides a rebate system based on users' trading with partner brokers. The calculation and transfer of rebates are conducted under the agreements between Earnex and the relevant brokers, which are subject to specified terms and limitations.
    For clarity and transparency, we state that:
    1. There is no guarantee of any returns or profits
    Earnex is not a financial advisor, does not offer investments, and does not guarantee that users will receive any profit or return from using this platform. Rebates are a return on trading volume only, not a return on investment profit or loss.
    2. The rebate amount a user receives depends on the broker's conditions.
  • Rebate rates may vary according to account type, broker, or special conditions of each campaign.
  • Earnex has no authority to set broker policies and cannot guarantee payments from the broker in the event of disruptions or disputes.
    • 3. The display on the Dashboard is only preliminary calculation data.
    The rebate amount shown on the Earnex platform is an automatic calculation for preliminary user review only. It is not considered a guarantee of the actual payout amount until it has been fully approved and processed by the systems of the broker and Earnex.
    4. In case of delays/errors in rebate payments.
    Earnex will investigate and coordinate with the relevant broker as quickly as possible but is not responsible for damages caused by delays or errors from external systems beyond its control.
    5. Use of the service constitutes acceptance of risk.
    The user accepts that using Earnex, including trading with a connected broker, is at their own risk. Earnex is not involved in the outcome of trades or financial damages resulting from the user's decisions.
    6. We reserve the right to change rebate rates and conditions without prior notice.
    Earnex may adjust rebate rates and conditions as appropriate, with updates provided via the website or back-end system. Users should monitor the latest information themselves.
    8. Personal Data Protection and Security
    Earnex places the highest priority on the security of users' personal data and is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information through appropriate technical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, or misuse of data.
